Pending applications
The following products are covered by one or more pending U.S. patent applications:
AntiHunter DIGI detection node — the AntiHunter firmware, and hardware sold to run it: assembled units, populated boards, parts kits and bare boards.
U.S. provisional patent application 64/151,838, filed 10 September 2026.
“Transceiver arbitration in a wireless detection node.”
What is claimed
The pending application is directed to the arbitration of a single radio transceiver between a detection function and a triggered investigative response, and to the visitation of a radio channel without loss of a station associated to an access point served by the same transceiver.
Not every feature of AntiHunter is the subject of the pending application, and nothing on this page should be read as a claim to subject matter that is not.
Open source
AntiHunter firmware is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. Section 11 of that licence grants every recipient of the code a patent licence to the essential claims of any patent held by the copyright holder that reads on the code as conveyed. This page does not restrict rights granted by that licence.
